Ashley Miller, Ed. M., LPC

Owner, Clinical Director, Licensed Professional Counselor

Ashley has decades of clinical experience in outpatient, residential, and educational settings, making her uniquely qualified to competently assist clients as they tackle temporary road bumps or ongoing significant life crises. She is passionate about her work with children, tweens, and teens, striving to equip them with the tools they will need to move successfully through life. It gives Ashley great joy to provide steady encouragement and a path forward when families are confronted with daunting diagnoses and the stressors which can negatively impact young lives.  In addition, Ashley has a special interest in the emotional health of women. She comes alongside to provide counseling and coaching for all of life’s stages and spaces. She is known in her field for her empathetic approach while caring for persons navigating anxiety.

Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, having received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Mennonite University, and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Temple University. Additionally, she holds a certificate in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Penn State University.

Bobbie Renzi, M.A., LPC

Counselor

As a counselor Bobbie believes that creating a caring, safe, and supportive relationship with her clients is paramount for healing and growth.  She enjoys working with pre-teens, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, family conflict, and life transitions, as well as grief and loss often associated with trauma.

Bobbie is a graduate of Missio Seminary where she received a Master of Art degree in counseling with a specialization in Christian spiritual counseling. She received her bachelor’s degree from Temple University in Theater and Communications and has over 30 years of experience in youth ministry, education, and client advocacy. 

Bobbie is a member of the American Counseling Association and has been trained as a Trauma group facilitator by The Healing Institute in Philadelphia.

Megan Seigenfuse, M.A., LPC

Counselor

Megan has been actively working in the mental health field for over six years. She has spent most of her time with a variety of clients and diagnoses in community mental health. Taking all that experience with her, she is ready to expand her knowledge and experience in private practice. Megan especially enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. Megan enjoys helping individuals explore and transition into teenagers and young adults. Megan works with clients on life transitions, family struggles, trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem/self-acceptance. She feels that therapy is a team effort and helps to provide an accepting and comfortable environment with her clients. Megan also has a special interest in young adults and self-esteem. She enjoys helping clients navigate life transitions and continuing to stay confident in today’s world. Megan is known for her warm nature and ability to make her clients feel at ease.

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Cedar Crest College, and her master’s degree from Kutztown University. 

Alexa Gray, M.A.

Counselor

Alexa is a candidate for her LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and is working as a clinical therapist at Willow Spring Counseling Center. Alexa is currently working on state licensure under the supervision of Ashley Miller, LPC. 


As a counselor, Alexa will walk with you in your healing journey and provide a nonjudgmental and safe space for all clients. Alexa’s therapeutic style is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma informed and person-centered approach. Alexa recognizes the importance of building a relationship with clients in order to establish realistic and attainable goals together. Her specialty population is children and adolescents. Alexa is passionate in giving the little minds of our world a voice. She does this through interactive activities, games, and talk therapy to help clients build their toolbox to navigate life, and become confident in who they are despite their diagnoses and challenging life experiences. 

Alexa received her Bachelor’s of Science from East Stroudsburg University. She received her Master’s of Arts in Counseling from Eastern University with a focus in Trauma Studies. Alexa has experience in working with children in schools, homes, and surrounding communities to transfer skills to her clients and their caregivers to work through behavioral and emotional challenges. In addition, Alexa aspires to receive her certification in play therapy to better develop her skills in the field.

 

Kait Rainer, M.S.

Counselor

Kait is a candidate for her LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and is working as an associate counselor at Willow Spring Counseling Center.

As a counselor Kait believes in the importance of building a therapeutic alliance to achieve client growth and goals. She is honored to provide a safe space for her clients. She enjoys working with teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, family and relational challenges, and life transitions.

Kait is a graduate of Cairn University where she received a Master of Science degree in counseling with a focus in Christian counseling. She received her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Psychology and has 10 years of experience in working with youth in after school programs. 

Kait is currently working on state licensure under the supervision of Ashley Miller, LPC.

Kait and her husband have been married for 10 years and have two daughters, 10 and 8. She enjoys relaxing by the pool or beach with her family. She enjoys sitting down with a good book. She also enjoys physical fitness and taking walks with her lab, Kelce.

Jamie Shipon, LPC.

Counselor

Jamie is a licensed professional counselor that comes to us with over 17 years of counseling experience specializing in grief and loss, terminal illness counseling, children’s bereavement, perinatal and NICU loss and maternal mental health. Jamie is passionate about supporting individuals during difficult life experiences. “My goal is to provide a safe space for people to teach me about their grief. Being a part of a persons healing process is a gift.” Everyone’s grief is unique and has the ability to heal. Jamie offers a holistic approach, one that focuses on each individual and considers their unique needs. She incorporates CBT, person centered therapy, narrative therapy and mindfulness as her main models for treatment.
